TP Calendar
Every entity’s filing dates, in one list.
Each entity in your firm is matched by country to the transfer pricing obligations that apply there, soonest first. No separate deadline spreadsheet.
Country sheet
What each country asks for, and where it says so.
Obligations by country with the form, statutory reference, threshold and penalty, linked to the source where one was found.

Due dates
Dates worked out from the rule.
Each obligation carries its timing rule, and the due date is computed from that rule and the fiscal year-end rather than typed in. An obligation triggered by a request is listed with no fixed deadline, never a guessed date.

Notes
The reason sits beside the date.
Add a note against an entity’s deadline or a day on the calendar, and attach the files behind it. Whoever picks the file up next reads the history where the date is.
- Attach files up to 25 MB each.
- Export any obligations table to PDF or Excel.

Questions
Before you ask.
- Which entities appear?
- Every legal entity in your firm’s workspace, matched to the obligations of the country it is registered in.
- Where do the dates come from?
- Each obligation has a timing rule, such as a fixed date or a number of months after year-end, and the date is computed from it. Where a government or tax-authority source was found, the obligation links to it, so you can check a date before relying on it.
- Does it record when a filing has been made?
- No. It lists what is due and when. Use a note on the deadline to record a filing and attach the acknowledgement.
- Can I get here from the dashboard?
- Yes. A deadline on the dashboard opens the calendar filtered to that entity.
