IRD wizard
Your client’s half of the file, collected once.
Your client uploads their documents and answers only the questions that apply to them. Figures are read from the page they sit on, and nothing reaches you until it is complete.
The walkthrough
Upload to submit, in five phases.
Select a phase to see the screen your client works in.
Upload: Documents in, key questions answered. Illustrative screen from the client wizard.
Illustrative data. Screens from the client wizard.
Only what applies
Questions that decide the questionnaire.
Your client picks the services they need and answers a short set of key questions. Those answers decide which schedules appear, so a standalone entity is never asked for CbCR tables.
- Not part of a multinational group: no CbCR tables.
- No payments to connected persons: no connected-persons schedule.
- India: reimbursements stay in the related-party schedule, not a separate annexure.
Key questions
- G-1Is this entity part of a Multinational Enterprise (MNE) Group? No — standalone entity
- G-10Did the entity make payments to Connected Persons this year?No

Read, not retyped
Every figure knows its page.
Audited accounts and agreements are read by AI. Each value it extracts cites the page it came from and is marked for review until someone accepts it.

Year two
Next year starts where this one ended.
Carry last year’s study forward and each step says what was filled for you, and how much still needs a look. If your client sends back a completed SBC questionnaire, upload it and the form fills itself.

Nothing lost
You always know what is still missing.
Each step on the rail counts what still needs attention, from the moment it is known rather than at the end. Review and submit lists every open item, and submitting sends the file to your review queue.
- Your client can move between steps and come back when a document arrives.
- Work saves as they go.
Answered once
One answer, used everywhere it is needed.
The same answers feed the rest of the file. Financials become the tested party’s figures in benchmarking, the entity FAR carries into the FAR analysis, and the key questions draft Master File sections.

Questions
Before you ask.
- Does my client see everything I see?
- No. Every field has an owner: client, practitioner, shared or automatic. The API enforces who can edit it, not only the screen.
- Do we have to go through the steps in order?
- No. You can move between steps and come back when a document arrives.
- Can my client upload Word files?
- Not yet. Ask for a PDF export. PDFs and images are read directly, and Excel workbooks are read as tables.
- What happens when my client submits?
- The file moves to your review queue. Nothing goes further until a practitioner has reviewed it.
